# Cấp lại mật khẩu

Ở màn hình tiếp theo, bạn nhập địa chỉ email liên kết đến tài khoản TicketX sau đó bấm vào nút "**Đặt lại mật khẩu**".

Hệ thống sẽ kiểm tra email của bạn, nếu tồn tại một tài khoản thì hệ thống sẽ gửi một email với một MÃ OTP 6 số để bạn nhập ở màn hình tiếp theo.

Sau khi nhập mã OTP, hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang form để nhập mật khẩu mới.&#x20;

Bấm vào nút XÁC NHẬN để hoàn tất việc Cấp lại mật khẩu và có thể bắt đầu đăng nhập TicketX với mật khẩu mới.
